Investigating and defining 

You will need to write an extended paragraph including the answers to the following questions:

Who is your client? 
(give some background)

What context are they going to wear your product? 
(be as specific as possible)

How does the context affect your design?

What are the limitations of your design?
(think size, weight, cost etc)

What isn’t appropriate for the client for personal reasons? 
(think political, religious or cultural reasons)

How are the limitations of the materials going to affect your design?

Now you have thought of all the answers to these questions- complete a range of design options that are appropriate for the client.
