Production Plan

Now that your design Process has finished and you have submitted your final designs to your client, it's time to get down to your Production Plan.

A Production Plan is a very neat tool to gather your thoughts, working out your cost estimate and planning your project to be well-finished and delivered on-time.

Please download this template and complete each step before you start your production

Your Production Plan is due at the end of week 3

List each step and activity you will undertake in chronological order	List which tools you will use	List safety rules or measures you will need to know to undertake each step	List the amount of time you have allocated to each step	Research and estimate the cost of the materials
Step one: (for example) Saw your metal	Saw frame Saw blade Bench peg G clamp	Do not put fingers in front of your saw blade	2 periods in class	Saw blades: 25c each Saw frame $15 (reusable)
Step two: (etc)

It is important to submit this production plan to your teacher for checking before you begin your work. 

Remember:
Pay attention to your soldering order.
Make sure your timeline is in line with the due date of the project.
